Record the unresolved requirement, responsible person, expected evidence and due date. Choose on the evidence and the remaining work, then use the separate sample-to-production plan to manage approvals.

Only compare prices after quantity, specification, packaging, delivery term and exclusions match. Record differences before judging the offers.
Can a supplier’s report cover every catalog item?
No automatic connection should be assumed. Match the quoted formal model and configuration to the file, and ask for written confirmation where a catalog reference uses a different identifier.
